We received a request from a customer stating, "Recently, there has been a leak in the factory, and when it rains, the floor gets flooded. By tracing the water stains, we discovered that the leak was coming from the ventilation fan area. We focused our investigation on that area and identified that the deterioration of the caulking on the roof side was the cause.
